Trenton business will not re-open; owner citing 'personal reasons' for closure. Urban Liquidation

UPDATE!!! Hi everyone.. well everything with the insurance is finally done... But unfortunately I will not be reopening Urban Liquidation due to personal reasons...... Saying this do you know an entrepreneur looking for an opportunity to open it?? I would Love To find someone that wants to create a retail outlet for this building ... This is a golden corner and any business would do amazing here... I am looking for retailers to take either the complete building of 4000 square feet or the back section 2000 square feet or one of the front units which are 1000 square feet each... So if you know a retailer looking for a new location or if you know someone that would Love to reopen Urban Liquidation? I would gladly pass over all contacts and connections for the liqiudation business!!! Please help me fill the plaza with something amazing!! Thank you everyone for supporting us , I will miss the amazing friends I made there!!! Shawn
