Hi everyone! Jessi Nesbitt and I are very excited to announce that we will soon be offering our Restoring Fertility; Mind & Body Group for the 3rd time. We will meet online via a secure video conferencing platform. We will be able to reach women from all around Saskatchewan and provide support while they are trying to conceive in the midst of COVID19. ... Our previous groups have been very successful. Participants have reported a reduction in anxiety, depression, as well as increase in pregnancy rates. In fact, 57% of the women that previously took part in our mind-body group got pregnant within 6 months after the group ended. This really demonstrates the connection between the mind and body plays in fertility. I moved offices late April, and wanted to share with you some photos of my new space, which I have been LOVING for the past few months. I am now practicing out of Acadia Business Center (3337B 8th St. E). It’s a building with many different businesses and professionals, including psychologists and counsellors. This means that I get to work alongside some amazing business owners, and practitioners. Clients started coming to the office two weeks ago, after months of meeting virtually. Everyone has been finding my new space inviting and comfortable, which is very reassuring to me. I am glad everyone found the transition to be smooth. So here it is....
