GOOD BYE 2020 and HELLO 2021 This year started out with excitement of our first partial summer being open and quickly turned to completely changing business plan from beer to glass, to beer to can to home deliveries. 2020 was still good to us in so many ways. It pressured us to get our website finally up and running, tripled the size of our patio, hired some incredible staff who were all healthy and eager to face challenges with kindness, canned 2 of our sours, developed a ne...w beer, the Rustler and had an unforgettable summer patio season that went well into later fall. We managed to do all of that with a great attitude, smiles on our faces and had the best customers coming into our doors. Thank you! We are truly appreciative of the endless support this past year, we could have not done it without the patience of our customers and local community. 11th day of Christmas Variety Pack PowerPlay - Pilsner A collaboration between Valley Brewing and the Drumheller Dragons Junior "A" hockey organization.... PowerPlay Pilsner made its debut on the Valley Brewing patio located inside the Drumheller Memorial Arena during the 2019-2020 season. This light bodied Pilsner finishes dry and refreshing. 9th day of Christmas Variety Pack May Day Kettle Sour Series Blackberry + Lemon Smoothie ... This lacto soured ale takes our base sour recipe and kicks it up a notch. We add lactose sugar during the boil process and then a ridiculous amount of real blackberry and lemon juice while the beer ferments. To round it out we add Tahitian vanilla bean during the conditioning phase and then jam it in a can for you to enjoy. Tart, fruity, medium bodied and refreshing to the max! 8th day of Christmas Variety Pack Wayne - Light Lager A collaboration between Valley Brewing and Last Chance Saloon - Rosedeer Hotel, this light lager is the ideal summer time beer - also appropriate in the winter too! Made up of 100% Origin Taproom Pilsner malt and our softest water profile, this straw colour lager tastes of crackers, bread and has a subtle floral aspect from the use of Magnum hops during the boil.
