Raw Tim bits Recipe Ingredients 6 large medjool dates 1 cup shredded coconut ... 1 tablespoon pure maple syrup 1 pinch of sea salt Icing Ingredients 3 tablespoons melted coconut oil 1 tablespoon pure maple syrup 1 tsp cinnamon 1 tablespoon coconut sugar Soak dates in enough warm water to cover them completely, and let them sit about 30 minutes, or until softened. Drain water Place soaked dates, shredded coconut and maple syrup in a food processor and process until smooth. Roll into balls and refrigerate till they are cold. Place melted coconut oil and and maple syrup in a little bowl. Place cinnamon and coconut sugar in a separate little bowl. Once the balls are completely cooled, roll them first in the oil and maple bowl and then in the cinnamon sugar bowl. Return them to the fridge to cool again completely. Repeat the step above to add an extra coating, and cool again. Once they are cooled you can finally eat them lol Take a photo and tag me if you make them and love them too! See more

Tag a friend who also wants more healthy holiday recipes 1 Large fennel, sliced about 2 cups sliced 1/2 Cup red onions, thinly sliced... 1/4 Wedge pomegranate, about 2/3 cup pomegranate seeds. (You can add more or less depending on how much you like) 1/4-1/2 Teaspoon of sea salt, or add to taste 2 Tablespoons olive oil 2 Tablespoons red wine vinegar In a bowl place sliced red onions, olive oil, red wine vinegar, sea salt, and pomegranates and let the mixture marinate for at least 15 minutes.
