As one of the authors in the first anthology in the Daring to Share series I have my own sense of excitement about the release of this upcoming anthology, Chaos to Calm, Awakenings Through Covid. The stories are unrelentingly true of the Covid experience and each story brought me to the emotional heart of the overwhelm and pain that was suffered by everyone. I had no idea how much the stories would impact me. This is sure to be a powerful and transformative new forum of voices, and event for everyone. Today, our featured author, Shri Ananda reminded us that "We have to change if we want to move forward" and we can be inspired to show up to make a difference in powerful ways - beautiful things are going to be created as a result of the awakenings we are experiencing. Get ready as John De Freitas takes us on a wild ride of truth sharing his feelings about the abuse of animals and the rude awakening we will continue to experience as we evolve globally through the trauma of COVID-19 Donna Fitzgerald is inspired by those around her and how they are finding creative ways to support others. Her writing is her voice that so eloquently inspires her readers. Scott continues to seek connection and is inspired by how others find a variety of ways to connect without compromising their safety through this crisis. Angela Allen reiterates how we are gradually feeling some businesses manipulate us into believing we need their products to make us feel better during this crisis - gas lighting is beginning to rear its ugly head while, on the other end of the spectrum, there are those companies being creatively inventive in order to survive in an authentic way, with the intention of supporting with kindness.
