Hi everyone, I thought I'd introduce myself again. I'm Adrienne, I moved from PEI to Halifax for massage school. I graduated from the Canadian College of Massage and Hydrotherapy in 2015. I have courses in Jade stone therapy, both hot and cold, and cupping therapy. I chose to get into massage therapy because I like to help people, whether it's helping with injuries or just helping you relax and unwind. Because of COVID 19 this is how you'll see me for a little while! I know masks feel a little restrictive but we have to protect eachother. So please wash your hands and wear your mask!
