As you are aware, the lockdown for the province has been extended to January 23, 2021. As much as we want to get back on the ice, we do have to continue to follow the guidelines of the Province. We hope to be on the ice shortly after the lockdown is lifted.

We are heading into the last week of hockey before the holidays. The last night of practice will be Thursday Dec. 17, 2020. We will be hitting the ice again starting Monday Jan. 4, 2021!

ATTENTION PLAYERS & PARENTS OF VBMHA......PLEASE SHARE Due to the bus cancellations today, and the uncertainty of temperatures and road conditions this evening, we have decided to cancel all practices tonight. Better to be safe than sorry. Sorry for the inconvenience, we will see everyone Monday.

With the recent increase in cases within our region and regions close to us, we must remember to follow the protocols and guidelines handed out by the Health Unit, Hockey Canada, HNO, Machin and VBMHA. We want to keep offering this great game to our kids, so we have to follow the rules to ensure we keep going. Masks MUST be worn entering and exiting the rink. Players are allowed to remove their mask just before getting on the ice, but must wear them after their practice wh...en leaving the rink. Parents must wear a mask while watching practice. Thank you.

Wow! With such a challenging year for Minor Hockey, having the amazing community support we have makes things fun and exciting for all involved! Today, we want to thank Jim Rhyner Trucking!!!! Because of them, VBMHA players will now look like a team on the ice at all times, as they are donating JERSEYS to outfit the NOVICE, ATOM and PEEWEE divisions! Along with a set of pinnies that will be used during practices/scrimmages! We cannot thank you, and the rest of our sponsors and supporters enough!

TRUNK or TREAT! This weekend Saturday October 31, 2020 from 5pm to 8pm. Woodland Arena Parking Lot. Just come on out....Machin Volunteer Fire will have parking spots coned off, to ensure proper distance. Treats should be handed out by the same person, and physical distancing must be practiced. Can't wait to see all the decorated trunks. Should be a fun event.
