It has been so so long since our last post. As everyone knows COVID 19 ended our school year early last March. I am pleased to say that everyone from last year is doing well and our new group is showing great skills already. The class of 2020-2021 is preparing food, learning new skills and developing team skills. Stay up to date and watch for our opening date. It will be different this year as to how we deliver Samuels Bistro service.... We are looking at a pick up-take out style of service model and I will let you know when and how soon. Congratulations to Emily Bateson and Grayden Appleton. The They both competed yesterday at the Central Lower Mainland Skills Competiton. Emily recieved the top award -Gold medal and Grayden was awarded the Bronze medal. Excellent culinary professionalism shown by both. Emily will now move in to the Provincial Skills Competition being held at the Abbotsford Tradex.
