There’s a lot of challenges too. Your twenties are the defining decade of adulthoodespecially when it comes to your career. TLDR: Don’t let these years slip by Learn how to make the most of your twenties (your future self will thank you):

We could put on our corporate hat and say something flashy about being in the top 50 of over 60,000 companies. Instead, we'll let our #VectorFam speak from the heart of what they appreciate most about their experience. So we looked at reviews from Comparably. You'll find it's far more than just a paycheck. #TBT to this past Saturday which was #InternationalCharityDay. Giving back and helping others is a huge part of the Vector culture. Take a look. This past Saturday was #InternationalCharityDay. But EVERY day is a new opportunity to give. These individuals were nominated by their peers for making an impact. Here's how .... ’ (@childrensspecnj) "I was a patient at CSH in 2013 when I was diagnosed with Complex Regional Pain Syndrome. It was pretty... scary being in a hospital at such a young age and I felt pretty alone with my diagnosis because not many people had heard of it. I helped create a mentoring program for people who got admitted into the hospital for CRPS. I’d spend time coaching and supporting those who face the same challenges I had to overcome! No act is ever too small! One conversation or gesture can change someone’s day or life! I am so blessed with the life I live so giving back to my community and the organizations that have helped me during some of my darkest days allows me to feel a deeper appreciation for every day!" - Paige Weber, District Mgr (@two.twenty.four) "It’s a non-profit based here in Memphis where we help underprivileged kids by raising money and making sack lunches and bringing them food. It’s always been important to give back. It’s always been important to me to give back to the community that supports you, which is Memphis for me. I love my city, and I am very fortunate to live an incredible lifestyle (mainly due to Cutco/Vector) but the poverty gap here seems wider than any other place I’ve lived in. But for these kids, their living situations and circumstances aren’t their fault. I like to donate my dollars and my time to help and try to be a positive influence in their lives." - Hayden Towne, CSP (@jdrfhq) "I donate $1000 to the juvenile diabetic research foundation every year through my sales goals. I’ve been a type one diabetic for 16 years now, and so that was something that I was really passionate about giving back to. Serving is important to me, because everyone needs to realize that there’s something bigger than themselves and they’re capable of more. Every person out there has a community that they can serve and benefit." -Patrick Woodring , Sr Branch Mgr See more

A - Vector Marketing District Managers (DM) are awesome people who’ve decided to make a career out of teaching and coaching others. DMs are the owners of their own Vector Marketing biz. They are entrepreneurs but with the benefit of a huge company supporting them. Plus, just for being successful, DMs can win free trips around the world and other awesomeness.

A - Yes, please. And share some of your life experience with the team while you are here.

Vector Marketing 13.08.2020

A - It's short for Cutco Sales Professional. These folks sell Cutco full-time and have consistently maintained a high volume of sales. It's common to see them really enjoying the flexibility of being their own boss - traveling the world and having an amazing life inside and outside the business.

Vector Marketing 05.08.2020

A - Branch Managers own and run their OWN Vector Marketing business just for the summer months. They are the owners and operators of their business for the summer. Best of all, branch managers have the entire corporation supporting, teaching, and encouraging them the whole time.

Ever have the desire to serve your community but don't know where to start? Check out Brady Parker's story for how he chose to make a difference at the age of 19. Brady is a sales representative in our Calgary, Ontario, Canada Vector office.

Vector Marketing 08.07.2020

A - Yes, it is - Three times a year, Vector's All-American Scholarship Competition recognizes our top sellers who are rocking a full-time undergrad schedule AND selling lots of Cutco. We offer 100 corporate scholarships annually.

Vector Marketing 27.06.2020

A - Successful Vector reps are committed, positive, and communicate openly with their manager.

Vector Marketing 17.06.2020

A - The flexible nature of the sales position fits well with busy lives filled with school, social, studying and other commitments. And, since our reps do not need prior experience, college students see our opportunity as a valuable place to get business experience.

Vector Marketing 16.05.2020

A - New sales representatives participate in a two or three-day training session. While training is unpaid, this is the same training that was used in classrooms at Purdue and University of Calgary, which means that you'll have access to top-notch industry professionals and valuable professional skills. Whatever career path you choose, you will always be selling, and the sooner you learn how to sell the better prepared you will be.

Vector Marketing 10.05.2020

A - Nope. In fact, most of our representatives have never tried sales before. We realize that everyone starts somewhere. Our training is designed with that in mind and provides confidence regardless of background.

Vector Marketing 27.04.2020

A - Pretty flexible (we work with a lot of students). Because our reps set their own appointments, it allows them the flexibility to work when they want and how much or little they want. Many reps say they become better students due to the time management skills they develop and the coaching they receive.

Vector Marketing 09.04.2020

A - You set them - when you want, where you want and with whom you want. We’ll teach you the friends of friends approach so you’ll never meet with a total stranger.

Vector Marketing 01.04.2020

There’s no roadmap for the now or the future. Vision, leadership and adaptability are essential as we enter this new environment. How do you lead in a time of change? Here’s our CEO, Al DiLeonardo's perspective of how Vector Marketing is thriving during an odd time. #VectorTrained

Vector Marketing 17.03.2020

A - Reps are paid weekly, either a commission on the sales they make or base pay per qualified appointment - whichever is the highest at the end of that week. So they have the security of the base pay but can always make more based on performance.

Vector Marketing 19.02.2020

A - It’s not about how long someone works with us. We look for a positive attitude and strong work ethic. It's fairly common to see those interested in management get an opportunity to begin leadership training within their first few months.

Vector Marketing 14.02.2020

A - Nope. Zero. Zilch. Nothing. Managers loan sample kits of Cutco out for FREE (seriously - for free. But ya gotta give it back when you’re done!)

Vector Marketing 01.02.2020

These days, having good phone (and video conferencing) etiquette is more valuable than ever. #VectorTrained
