Cooking Fidewa You need: 1 lb. shrimp and scallops 2tomatoes 2cloves garlic... 1large red pepper 1 lb. soup egg noodles 6 cups bouillon 1/4 tsp saffron Salt and black pepper to taste 1tbsp each coriander and parsley, chopped Method: 1. Marinate the shrimp and scallops in sundried tomatoes oil, shredded ginger and the juice of 1/2 lemon. 2. With the tales and skins of the shrimps prepare the bouillon -6 cups. 3. Sloes pepper and dice tomatoes, chop the coriander and parsley, and mince the garlic. 4. Heat 2 tbsp oil and sauté the shrimps and scallops until the shrimp turn red and the scallops become translucent, about 2 min. Remove from the pan and set aside. 5. Put the tomatoes, garlic and pepper in the pan, add a little oil if needed, and sauté until the liquid evaporates. 6. Add the bullion and bring to a boil. Add salt to taste and some black pepper and the saffron. 7. When rapidly boiling, add the egg noodles, stir gently until noodles are all covered with liquid and cook gently until pasta is Al Dente. 8. Add the sea food, the chopped parsley and coriander.
