With over 700 elaborately carved temples Odisha is called the land of temples The next performance is a dance form that takes inspiration from the carvings on these temples and depicts the various poses and movements one sees on the temple domes and that’s why this form is called Odissi dance. Performing the Odissi dance for us is one of the leading Odissi dancers in North America - Enakshi Sinha a resident of Toronto

Hot on the heels of our very successful and highly appreciated inaugural Multicultural #classicalmusic & #classicaldance Festival - arguably the only one of its kind in Canada... we are following it up with a - ICYMI series. The objective is to showcase the festival performances in small bites.... the expectation for our fans and followers is to get them to as many Classical Music and Dance fans by sharing and also letting our artists know how you liked their performances. We... are going to go chronologically following the order of performances as they happened in the festival.
