Dr Alda Ngo and Stephanie Curran are delighted to announce a new online program called Mindfulness for Fertility, which follows the world renowned Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) curriculum. MBSR is an 8 week evidence based course that provides participants with effective tools for coping with stress, managing anxiety, and improving well-being.
