A little bell to ring in the weekend This is a slightly modified version of one of @matryoshkatutus bell recipes. I added more panels to one of the inner layers by mistake, but decided to see what that mistake would end up looking like. Some of the most incredible creations in the world have been from mistakes so I thought why not. The original recipe had I followed it 100% would have had this bell more rounded with a more defined drop. I am pleased with this skirt for su...re and love how it is not a flat pancake but still very classical in appearance. Now onto the bodice and trying something new again. My friend Susie @tutulamoore and I are thrilled to introduce the recipient of this years sponsored custom made tutu and tiara. Sarah Bilsborough is 15 years old and started dancing at the age of 3. Sarah has a passion for all styles of dance but she holds a special place in her heart for ballet. Sarah dances at Dynamic Dance Company Inc in Aurora, Ontario under the instruction of Rebecca and Natalie Silia. Sarah has won numerous awards for her technique and performance, and ...she continues to push herself to be better everyday. Kitri almost ready to ship to the US. This was so much fun to create. The skirt was a modified version of @halseyonstage multi_tiered skirt pattern. I created a basque from scratch and love how it allows the skirt to flow over the hips and remain even all around, again another tip from our wonderful Travis. Hello 2021!!! I am starting the year finishing off Esmeralda yay. This was a project that I actually started last winter, foraging through all my favourite fabric hubs in Montréal.
