The photo on the bottom was taken post her first IPL photo facial you can see how IPL pulls all of that dark pigmentation to the surface of the skin. After a few days that dark pigment/ freckles will fluff off the face. It’s a pain free process. The top photo was taken 4 weeks after second IPL photo facial.
