All of my students amaze me , they each have their own individual strengths and interests. I want to share this amazing backflip and side flip Dantes been working on !! I will have to get him to break boards while doing this ! Well done and keep up the great work Dante! Dante will be testing for his black belt September 18th, we are so excited to have him join our team of black belts !

This little boy makes me smile ! Luke came to us at the age of 3, he has come a long way since that day ! In the beginning it was hard enough just to keep him on the mats and focused. I want to thank Miss Taylor (my daughter) for all her hard work with Luke We both work with him but she has done the majority .

Mr. @jared.taylor was in for a visit today, he tried out our chin up bar! I am looking forward to having Mr. Taylor back to teach in September!

We do offer private lessons to our students . In todays lesson George decided Bruce needed a mask!

Our morning low impact Cardio Kicks class is back in action , indoors ! These ladies always make my day , welcome back. Low impact Mondays and Wednesday mornings 9:30 AM till 10:15 AM High impact Monday and Wednesday evenings 8:15-9 PM First class is free come out and give it a try !

And thats a wrap, this was our last outside class in my backyard! 40 students coming and going and enjoying the outdoors since the 1st of June! We officially start training inside at our new location , 22 Main St., Markdale effective Tuesday August 4th. Everyone has loved training outside but itll be nice to get inside to the air-conditioning. An email will go out shortly with our class times/days. My grandson and I are checking out our sign hung up in the new location! Ive had such wonderful help from my family and students, I couldnt do this move without them!

I picked up the key for our new location today! Now we have two weeks to get it ready , we will officially open and train inside August 5th!! 22 Main St. W. Markdale !

With the changes happening around the world comes a change at Vie Taekwondo too , we are moving ! And within a blink of an eye everything was moved out of the club to my garage, house and backyard ! We will get the keys for the new place on 17th of July where we will then start to get the new place ready for August 1st. In the meantime we continue to train in my backyard! I also want to congratulate Mr. Shurygin on his black belt ! ... I want to thank everybody from the bottom of my heart that came out to help make this happen yesterday. #teamwork #goodchanges #viefamily #weareallinthistogether

Congratulations Scotty McCoy on your black stripe! Youve been a hard-working student right from the get go! Youre a natural teacher and youve been in every class helping me teach since you were a white belt just because you wanted to. Youre more than ready to wear this black stripe with pride! Well done !

And so the backyard classes begin ! We are having small groups , several classes , Monday - Thursday evenings - the first 2 weeks have been a success ! I love seeing all the smiles from our students and hearing the laughter once again!

This father and son are troopers ! They arrived to test for their next belt in my backyard tonight and it began to pour with rain .. I decided to test them in the garage. A job well done ! Congratulations on your new belts!
