We are happy to announced that we are now open on Sundays! 11am - 9pm.

Hi friends, as many of you know, we recently extended our operating hours to Sunday. Unfortunately, after testing this for the last month, we are unable to continue this due to scheduling constraints. We will be reverting back to our regular schedule of Monday - Saturday 11am-9pm. We will be closing again on Sundays going forward so our staff has more time to rest with their families during this stressful time. We appreciate everyone’s continued support and business! Looking forward to continue serving everyone.

Bun rieu is a famous Vietnamese crab noodle soup that originated from the rice paddies of the Red River Delta. It features pounded crab paste (rieu), that is traditionally made with small paddy crabs found in the rice fields, with the entire crab pounded into paste. It is cooked with pork bones and tomatoes, giving it its sweet and tangy broth. Now, it can be found all over the streets of Saigon, and has become a universally loved dish! Hi friends, After receiving multiple requests from our customers this week, we have decided to extend our operating hours to Sunday in order to serve the needs of our community during these difficult times. We will now be open 7 days a week from 11am to 9pm. We will also be taking precautions by only allowing 4 customers inside at a time, and ask you to call to place your order in advance (or via Ritual app) to minimize contact. We ask you to only arrive at or after the recom...mended time that is communicated to you at the time of order to minimize wait times inside the store. If the store is full, we ask you to wait outside or in your vehicle. If you are ordering via UberEats or Foodora, you have the option to add a delivery note and ask the driver to "leave at door". As always, we will continue to double down with cleaning, sanitizing, and all hygienic procedures. Thank you for your support and we hope you and your loved ones stay safe and healthy!

Hello friends, It is an emotional and difficult time for our community and we hope everyone is managing to their best abilities. We want to thank all of our customers and friends for all their support for local businesses this week. Starting tomorrow (Tuesday March 17), Vietnoms will be TAKE OUT OR DELIVERY ONLY. We will be eliminating seating and will not accept dine-in customers until further direction from the city that it is safe to do so. We would like to do our part to ...promote social distancing and limit interactions to help flatten the curve. Banh Canh - Vietnamese "thiccc" tapioca flour noodle soup w/ slice pork, shrimp, crab stick and fish balls.

Bun moc is a vermicelli noodle soup made from a pork and shiitake mushroom infused broth. The meats commonly include pork paste balls made from gio song (raw pork sausauge), cha lua (pork sausage which is gio song that has been wrapped in banana leaves and boiled). Taken all together, this is a delicious, earthy, yet light noodle soup that’s very popular in the northern parts of Vietnam.
