The Grinch has been caught! And by the looks of what was confiscated it was just in time to save the Christmas Tree. Thanks to the help of all the boys and girls who shared the locations of the Grinch Con. Oliver and Citizens on Patrol members Corinne Peterson & Walter Forsyth were able to make an arrest. We had so many great tips from all the helpers that we wanted to show our thanks by giving everyone a prize. Stop by the Village of Hythe office and tell us you helped catch the Grinch and we will give you a prize bag. One lucky name will be drawn from all the entries we received. Follow us on Facebook for an update on the winner. To be announced in January. Merry Christmas!

The Tree Drop Festival was not able to proceed due to the Covid-19 pandemic. While the Hythe Ag Society was disappointed they could not host a celebration this Christmas they were determined to bring a giant Christmas tree to the Village streets for all to enjoy. Please share you photos with the tag #christmasinthevillagehythe so we can all enjoy them. This album includes photos of the process moving the Christmas Tree from farm to street.
