We have received some questions about the project currently being developed at 67 Tacoma. Here is what we know and a couple of renderings of the building. The completed building will be called The Bowtie and features 56 condo quality rental apartments, two commercial spaces on the ground floor and underground parking. The building is being constructed to a high level of energy efficiency making the most of current construction technology, insulation standards and efficient windows and doors. Anticipated completion is Summer 2021.
