With incredibly fertile volcanic soil they have achieved very special and unique features. We have their Pipeño that is a semi-dry, fruity, and tannic red. GROWN LOCALLY, MADE SIMPLY @rathjencellars is a farm-based winery located in Saanich, BC. They’re committed to working with 100% Vancouver Island fruit, and are passionate about bringing under-utilized farmland back to health and into production. Their Wine Bunker White is an aromatic blend of Ortega and Pinot Gris that represents their ongoing exploration into growing and making food-friendly wines that reflect the unique costal climate.

MODERN CULTURE & INDIGENOUS HISTORY @IndigenousWorldSpirits emerged as a way of combining the unique terroir of the Okanagan and Similkameen Valley and then Indigenous peoples stewardship of the lands. JAPANESE WHISKY We’ve got Nikka Whisky from the Barrel which is an extremely complex blended whisky bottled at 51.4% ABV. In order to deliver its richness and full flavors, the blended liquid goes into used barrels for another few months before it is bottled.

BEST ENJOYED IN THE MIDDLE OF A LAKE Mineral nose shows passion fruit, banana, and white flower. Well-balanced with crisp acidity, good structure, and rich flavours of apples and pears. This Pinot Grigio underwent partial malolactic fermentation on the lees for added richness and complexity.
