With support from the Town of Niagara-on-the-Lake, here at the Chamber of Commerce we made the difficult decision to cancel our upcoming Icewine Village. Eduardo Lafforgue, President of the Niagara-on-the-Lake Chamber of Commerce and NOTL Tourism says that the safety and health of residents, visitors, and staff are paramount, and this decision was made with that in mind. We hoped to create a safe version of the event, but we have decided to look for other options. Watch for the Icewine Trail at Niagara-on-the-Lake Wineries from Jan. 2nd Jan. 29th for the only Icewine experience in Niagara for 2021! Details will be revealed soon at niagaraonthelake.com, and you can look forward to the Icewine Village in 2022!

Today is World Kindness Day! A day for all of us to be kind to each other and help those in need. One way you can help those in need today is to donate to our food drive for Newark Neighbors! And let's all agree to live every day like its World Kindness Day!
This is what our annual Candlelight Stroll usually looks like. As much as we love having all of these NOTL residents and visitors together to sing and enjoy each other's company during the holiday season, it just isn't safe during this ongoing pandemic. But we still want you to participate virtually! Tomorrow night at 7 pm, tune into www.yourtv.tv/niagara for our Virtual Candlelight Stroll! Light your candles outside your home and sing along with your loved ones inside your personal bubble! Candles can be purchased at various locations around NOTL for a $3 donation to Temporary Seasonal Agricultural Health Program at Quest CHC and The Migrant Workers Welcome Package. See previous posts on this account for the full list of businesses selling candles.
