Welcome Back! Only 1 day to go... We are so excited & grateful the new COVID-19 Restrictions have been adjusted for the next 3 weeks to include the opening of hair salons at 25% capacity. We will have a receptionist available starting January 23 to answer all inquiries but please be patient and understanding with us as we work through the cancelations of the last 10 weeks. We will try our best to go in order but based on schedules this may very slightly, if your availabilit...y has changed let us know as well. Also if you didn't have a canceled appointment and would like to be on our wait list let us know too. We ask that you screen before your appointment & cannot attend if you are sick or waiting for a test result for yourself or a close contact. We have a max. capacity of 2 customers in our salon at a time & ask for you to call ahead if ordering product. We will greet you at the door & screen you as well when you arrive. Please wear a mask which must stay on the entire time. At this time only water is permitted during your appointment which you may bring with you. If you don't hear from us by February 1 about rescheduling your canceled appointment please reach out to us, we don't want you to be missed. Good news today! This is the news we were hoping for when the government announced the possibility of the closure of hair salons be lifted after Jan.22. If the new health order does come in effect this Saturday allowing us to open up 25% we will be open by appointment only for services & curbside pickup for product purchases. Please be patient with us as Rachael & I figure out our schedule over the next few days. If you are on our list from cancelled appointments or new on th...e waiting list we will contact you starting the 23rd . We can't wait to see you all again & will safely be able to open our doors again. All safety protocols will remain the same, however with the new capacity no additional customers are allowed in the salon if you're not getting a service done. Happy New Year! What a year! We are definitely looking forward to a fresh new year with 2021! We are thankful to all of our clients & guests to our salon who have supported us over the year.... This year we were strong through this pandemic and will continue with our strength in the new year. 2020 was a learning year for us as we were put on the spot to make many quick decisions & am grateful to have such a supportive team as I made them often last minute.
