Full perimeter concrete bench interior retaining wall complete. This house was on an old dried up golf course pond. Due to the soil aggregate conditions the house has to be put on helical piles then a concrete bench for the all exterior walls to allow for us to lower the basement. Currently 10ft . After finishing and framing will have a 9ft 1" finished height.
