Hello Everyone, We wanted to update everyone that we have implemented further Social Distancing measures in our store to allow for proper spacing between customers and to allow increased sanitation in store. Our new fill stations accept Credit Card, Debit, Cash, Water and Ice Loyalty Card, Apple Pay, and Android Pay. We are diligently working as always on cleaning and sanitation. ... If you are unable to return your Water and Ice Co. bottle at your usual pickup point we are accepting returns at our main store. We also accept bottles that are not from Water and Ice Co. at a pro-rated refund price, dependent on condition (must be clean/sanitary, not used for any use other than water). Hi Water and Ice Co. family, just a quick update on the vending for after hours fill. The new unit is in place and operational, accepting the new loyalty cards, cash, credit, and Apple/Android pay! The front will still be under construction for the next week as we add in new counters and repaint the walls. We are adding a bench so that you will have a convenient place to place bottles as you fill. Thanks again for your patience as we improve the vending area!

Hi Water and Ice Family! As you may have seen, we are installing a new water vending unit this weekend in the front of the store for our after hours customers. The after hours fill station will be closed this Friday and Saturday (September 13th and 14th, 2019) as we renovate and install the new equipment in the entrance way. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause, but we are certain you will all appreciate the new unit being placed! ... The new until will feature the following; - Double fill station! No more waiting for a single fill at a time - Accepts Credit Cards, Cash, Android & Apple Pay, as well as our new loyalty cards! With this new system we are also switching all of our loyalty cards over to a new format. Come in before the end of the year (December 31st, 2019) to receive a $10 bonus when you convert to the new cards. Your balance from your old card will be carried over to the new system as well. The old card system is being phased out for a new system that will be quicker and easier to use, as well as more reliable for you! After September 14th, the old loyalty cards will no longer work with our after hours fill station, so be sure to come in during store hours to get your bonus for changing over.

Hello Everyone! We are happy to notify that our vending unit is operational again. Unfortunately we had some foreign currency that lodged in the coin slot, but that issue has been addressed and we are happy to be able to serve you after hours once again! In other exciting news, our new vending system has arrived and we will be installing that soon. We will be notifying our customers in advance of the install date, but we are expecting minimal disruption to service. We will so...on have a dual fill station in place so that after hours even more convenient! As always we look forward to serving you!

Our apologies, our after hours fill station is currently unable to take cash payments. Loyalty cards are still working for payment and the machine will dispense using that payment method. We are currently working on a fix, and will update as soon as possible.
