Our 8th annual pyjama drive is now under way!! All donations of new pyjamas, toiletries, slippers, hats and gloves will help the YWKW emergency shelter which serves women, transgendered youth and families who are in need of a roof over their head. This year, due to an increase in the homeless population as a result of COVID, donations may be extended to a new men's shelter operating out of St. Mark's Lutheran. We are accepting donations until December 11th. Thanks to everyone for your generosity!!!

We are entering cold and flu season, and with COVID still very much in the picture it may be very difficult to know what illness you have. Here is a great chart showing the differences between a cold, flu, allergies and COVID.

Here's a great reminder that correct posture has many positive physical and mental benefits. It can give you more energy, better circulation and creates less wear and tear on your joints.

Our Pyjama drive is happening! Now more than ever we'd like to spread some Holiday Cheer to those in need. 2020 has been a very hard year and the YW-KW Emergency shelter is in need of pyjamas, slippers, mitts, hats, gloves and toiletries. Donation drop offs will be accepted until December 11. Thank you!!
