For this Christmas season, we’ve decided to help North Vancouver Cares and spread a little holiday cheer to the seniors in our local community. We hope you like our cards and we hope you all stay safe and healthy this festive season!

Building with blocks provides one of the most valuable learning experiences available for young children. Block play stimulates learning in all domains of development, intellectual, physical, and social-emotional and language.

This week in one of our toddler rooms we learned about different type of balls. Physical activities bring a balanced and healthy lifestyle that has substantial effects on our growth.

During the week of November 16th Willowbrae Academy Corporate hosted another Corporate Training Week! Due to COVID-19 and the restrictions on travel, we held the sessions online and met virtually! Preschoolers exploring Pumpkins

Willowbrae Academy has created a new position of National Health and Safety Manager in addition to establishing local Academy Health and Safety Managers within each Academy. These individuals are responsible for the effective implementation of preventative health measures to decrease risk, and ensure we respond effectively to any situation that may arise.

Painting with young children not only helps their creative development but it also stimulates their brain. Stimulating children’s brain can also help other areas of thier development.
