Symons Valley Parkway "Missing Link" UPDATE: Last week, City Council approved full funding to extend Symons Valley Parkway between 37 Street N.W. and Symons Val...ley Road. Construction is set to begin in Spring 2019 and hopefully be completed by Fall 2019. This $11 Million project will connect our developing Ward 2 communities and provide a better transportation network for vehicles, pedestrians and public transit. It will also reduce drivers from cutting through the residential streets of Kincora and Sage Hill, which will make our residential streets safer.
