On my way to the McMichael Art Gallery in Kleinburg to perform an outdoor wedding. Weddings amoung the trees--where you hear the birds and feel the cool breeze--are my favourite!

Diana and Kevin were such an adorable couple, always having fun together and not getting too stressed about their wedding ceremony on August 24th. A cocktail ritual within the ceremony really calmed their nerves! They had their reception at Hotel X, a wonderful new venue in Toronto that has one of the best views of Lake Ontario ever!

Steve & Sandra were married on September 7, 2019 in the courtyard of the Carpet Factory Building and had their reception immediately following at the Italian Restaurant "Caffino" (Toronto). Officiating their wedding was such a pleasure--the weather was perfect, the venue was lovely and the couple was so much in love!

Time for champagne! Cynthia and Gordon got married on Saturday, Sept. 7th in Oakville. They invited a small group of their closest friends and family. Gordon decorated the maze of a garden that is their backyard and Cynthia exuded grace. As their officiant, I feel so lucky to have been a part of it!

What a lovely review from Karen and Jonathan, who were together for 20 years before deciding to get married. I officiated their wedding ceremony last weekend at the University of Toronto Faculty Club. Here's what they wrote: "Hi Mary Anne, Now that the dust has settled a bit, we wanted to write and say thank you. We had more compliments on the ceremony than we can count, and how well it reflected Karen and my personalities. We definitely couldn't have put it together without your suggestions and guidance. So thank you for helping us with the most personal part of the day. Your delivery of the ceremony was on point, and had a great balance of seriousness and humour. Thank you again. It was a pleasure working with you! Jonathan and Karen"
