We are happy to announce that physiotherapist Andrea Earle will be returning to the clinic following her maternity leave. Andrea brings a great skill set including manual therapy, Mackenzie, and dry needling. We are thrilled to have her back on her regular schedule effective next week.

As we move from Alert Level 3 to Alert Level 2, we would like to thank all of the patients who we have seen during the first three weeks of reopening. Your cooperation, patience and compliance with our new procedures is greatly appreciated. It is this spirit that will continue to keep us all safe and healthy as we face the challenges of COVID-19. We are continuing to work through our wait list and are doing our best to accommodate everyone. We thank you for your patience in this process. UPDATE We will be starting the task of rebooking patients this week in the anticipation that the province moves to Alert Level 3 on June 8th. Staff will be ca...lling patients throughout the week to reschedule in-clinic physiotherapy appointments. You can continue to contact us via Facebook, email, or calling the clinic and leaving a message, however, it is our goal to call all patients who were previously booked so you do not need to contact us. We will be contacting you. That said, please be patient with us. This is a daunting task with hundreds of calls to be made. Your understanding is appreciated. If you are a new patient or a patient who requires a new assessment appointment, please contact the clinic via Facebook/email/phone, and we will get you booked. Teletherapy will be a permanent service! Many patients have taken advantage of our Teletherapy service, and we are pleased to announce that all the therapists will continue to be available for Teletherapy appointments - just let us know you want to be seen through this media when you book. Although we have had to cancel all our hands-on appointments, we are excited to announce the addition of our new TeleHealth service. We are now able to offer virtual visits through a secure platform that's been developed with our existing clinic management and exercise software. These visits can be useful for assessment and education, exercise prescription and monitoring, concussion management, work station review, and more....
