Wedding planning can be difficult on a good day, during these days it’s downright draining. That’s why I’m taking over the Weddings Atlantic Instagram account ALL DAY Saturday, April 11th. I’ll be offering a listening ear and answering your questions, doing my best to guide you through your next steps, and hopefully infusing a little bit of fun along the way. Can’t wait to chat then!

Be gentle with yourself, you’re doing the best you can! This is something I’ve been saying to myself a lot latelyand have been encouraging my clients to do the same. The situation that we’re in today isn’t easy and the unknown of tomorrow can be even harder. What you feel. What you want. What you need. It may change from one moment to the next. For me, there are days that I’m ready to take on the world. Other days, I want to social distance, social media distance, and si...mply get through the day’s to-do list so I can have a bath, cuddle up in my PJs, and watch the world’s worst TV. But I’ve decided that it’s okno one is expecting perfection during a pandemicand I really want you to give yourself permission to do the same! Here’s my pep talk: Let’s do our best to be gentle with ourselves. To give ourselves the space to decide what we can handle and the kindness to not beat ourselves up for not being able to do more. If you need to stay busy, do it. If you need time, take it. If something stresses you out, avoid it. And if you need support, reach out for it. Photo: Marie Roy Photography

Hi Friends! With everything going in the world, stress is at an all-time high for many. For those planning their big day, it can feel like you’re swimming up steam. But, in the wise words of the famous pep-talking fish Dory, all you can do is just keep swimming, swimming, swimming! As we are in uncharted waters, who knows where we’ll be next week, next month, and beyond, but I can confidently say that if we just keep calm, carry on, and take care of ourselvesand otherswe will get through these choppy waters. And as always, I will do anything and everything I can to help you feel as calm and confident as possible while planning during these times.
