Each morning after wearing your night guard, Rinse with warm water and brush with your toothbrush. (It is okay to use soap and water, but beware, toothpaste may scratch it and roughen the surface! Weekly: Polident denture/appliance cleaner tabs help to remove calcium deposits, keeping your appliance shiny and smooth. Store in a safe place (AWAY FROM PETS!) and allow it to fully dry out between uses to prevent bacterial growth.... Don’t forget to clean your case regularly too!
