Interesting Statistics: Unit 1 gave notice on September 25 for the end of October 2020. I did 11 showings. Facebook continues to rule the scene with 8 showings through Facebook Market Place, 1 through Kijiji, 1 through Zumper and 1 called on our business line. Only one applied. We had a new lease signed and deposit in the bank on November 14, which means it took us 49 days to find a good fit and we ended up with a 20-day vacancy. In between all of that our tenants from ...Unit 5 decided to upgrade to unit 1 as it offers a garage. Compared to my previous move-out, which was at the end of July 2020, I am going to say that the rental market was very slow and I was absolutely surprised by how many people did not show up for their appointments. Going forward I am going to keep statistics of that as well, you will not believe it, I tell you. See more
