Second Story Work is Josh Cybulski's first published novel. We sat down with the Carp-area resident on the day of his book release to learn about his long journey to becoming an author. Now he has two more books in the works.

Carole Ittermann, a retired farmer from Carp, has hit the jackpot, winning $250K in an Instant Double Diamond lottery game. She isn't planning to do any big spending for now. "We will put it in the bank until we can visit more of the world," she said at the OLG Prize Centre in Toronto. ... The winning ticket was purchased at the Petro Canada on Terry Fox Drive in Kanata.
