Updated Staffed & Un-staffed hours: Monday- Friday 9 am- 1 pm & 3 pm-7 pm Saturday & Sunday 10 am-2 pm 10-2pm on stat holidays... 4 am- 11pm key swipe availability 7 days a week Anyone who has not come in during staffed hours to activate their account & sign paper work is exempt from the un-staffed hours until you do so, as well as drop ins are only during staffed hours. Please continue to follow the rules of the gym to keep everyone safe so we can add some more un-staffed hours in the very near future. Thank you to all our loyal members We appreciate you all!

COVID-19 update straight from Island Health! You must bring a mask to enter the building and keep it on you at all times to be used in all common areas, You aren't required to wear one while you are exerting yourself, if you are working out with a friend you must wear a mask or stay 6ft apart at all times, Please be respectful and continue to follow the rules & stay 6ft away from other members if you cannot maintain 6ft distance you must wear a mask. This does not mean you d...o not have to wear a mask it means it is okay to remove it from your mouth and nose when you are exerting yourself so you can breathe. We will update as we get more information as it is changing by the day. Thank you

Due to recent restrictions put in place by the provincial health officer, masks are now mandatory in all indoor spaces which does include the gym. Starting tomorrow morning please be prepared and bring your own mask! We do have some masks if you happen to forget but please try to be proactive and bring your own. I would also like mention we need to keep up with the sanitizing of ALL equipment when you are finished using it. Do not spray the weights spray your cloth as it wea...r down the equipment less. Also please maintain 6 feet distance AT ALL TIMES and please be patient if someone else is using equipment the 6 foot rule applies at all times in all directions. Thank you all for your support and doing such a wonderful job keeping the gym safe! Now let's all work together and stop another lockdown from happening!

* EXTENDED HOURS UPDATE* Hello, everyone. First off, Thank you for continuing to comply with the VIHA health guidelines. Secondly, I am happy to announce that we are able to offer after hours service once again; ... That said, we still need to make sure to leave our belongings in the car and not bring any unnecessary items into the gym with us, we still need to be following rules, keeping everything clean/sanitized and put away when we are done, as well as CLEAN SHOES only in the gym. Once you have come into the facility to re-activate your membership, your pass will automatically be able to be used from 4am-11pm! Do not let anyone in the gym with your card. For the time being, staff will be available from 5:30am - 1:00pm, then again from 3:00pm - 8:00pm. Thanks everyone!

Hey everyone We appreciate your patience as this is very new to us and we are still working out how to run our business efficiently and provide a safe space for everyone. After some feedback and much discussion weve decided to put the punch card on the back burner unless needed and move forward with monthly passes. ... Starting tomorrow We will be staffed Monday-Friday from 8-1 & 3-8 and Saturday&Sunday 9-2 this is on a first come first serve basis as we are only allowed 20 people in the gym at a time. There is no unstaffed access until further notice and no need to book a timeslot. Because we paused all memberships during this time please let us know if you would like to be unpaused so you can resume your workouts at the gym and we can activate your account starting today. Before you arrive for your workout, please ensure you have a full spill proof water bottle, we will not be providing community water until further notice and limit the amount of belongings you bring into the gym. There is no shower use and some rules we need to go over before you start your workout, everyone is required to read and sign the covid questionnaire before their workout. Please limit your workout to 1hr 15 mins during peak times to give others a chance to have time in the gym. And most of all please be respectful. Thank you

Hello everyone !! With the province starting to re-open we just want to give an update on the status of the gym. As we are all excited to get back in there and train there are still some things we are working out. We are working with the health and safety office to ensure a clean and safe space when we are allowed to reopen. Please keep in mind that every facility and business is unique and will go about re-opening in their own way.... We will have a staged re-opening as of June 1st , starting first with trainers, their clients and staff. Our second phase will hopefully begin within weeks. To minimize the amount of people we allow in the gym at a given time, we will be opening back up to previous members only. As time goes on, we will be accepting new members again. Please be patient as we try to do this the right way. We are striving to minimize any outbreak of this virus while reopening our doors to the best we can. We appreciate and miss you all. The gym is now un-staffed on Sundays until further notice, You are still able to access via key swipe 4am-11pm. 3. Tuesday December 24th the gym will be open and staffed from 8am-11am and 3pm-6pm 4. December 25th & 26th we will be un-staffed as well as January 1st, 2020 5. Weve Got a few sales going on valid until Christmas day Buy 3 months get 1 free!
