The last exercise in our three-part wall-squat series is a ball squeeze squat! The ideal exercise to maintain the strength in your quads and hamstrings. While, including squeezing a ball between your legs increases the intensity of the exercise and really focuses on your inner thigh muscles. Proper form is definitely important!
