Awesome class tonight, great workout ended with some excellent rounds of sparing!! Here are some pics of the first sparing session of the New Year. everyone did great! Anyone is welcome to come in and try a class, or come and spectate if your contemplating on trying a class. And first 2 days or free!! Class are Mon, Tues, and Wed, all from 5:00pm to 6:30pm.

Whitalls Martial Arts Uechi Ryu Karate Classes are still gonna continue through the holiday with the only classes being canceled are Christmas Eve and New Years Eve. Have a very Merry Christmas and the Happiest New Year from our family to yours!!

As of this past Monday, Whitall's Martial Arts is now registered with Nova Scotia-Boxing. This is going to be exciting. We have some members already ready to get in and box in that square circle with medicals and member ships on the way this coming week. While we have those members as well that can't wait for competition to get going again with Kickboxing. Then we have our Pro fighters that can't wait for things to kick off for them as well. Yesterday was an awesome class! First class back after a long 11weeks. Whitalls Martial Arts students safety are just as important to us inside the ring as they are outside the ring. As a club we are maintaining social distancing, there is no pairing up, or sparing, and we have got all disinfecting materials for your needs.

After a long 11 weeks Whitalls Martial Arts will be opening back up on June 8th, to our regular schedule: Mon - 5pm - 6:30pm (kickboxing) Tues - 5pm - 6:30pm (kickboxing) - 6:30pm - 8:30pm (Uechi Ryu Karate)... Wed - 5pm - 6:30pm (kickboxing) Thurs - 6:30pm - 8:00pm (Uechi Ryu Karate) Sun - 12:30pm - 2:00pm (Uechi Ryu Karate)

It was decided that Whitalls Martial Arts kickboxing classes will be cancelled until the following Monday after the March Break. The classes will resume then if safe to do so according to the COVID-19 outbreak. Most clubs have done the same and if not then closed for longer periods. So be patient and please, be safe!!

Had an awesome time at our striking seminar today! There was members from Membertou Boxing, Integrity Martial Arts, Island Martial Arts in to join us. We had lots of learning and even more laughs. It was great meeting up with friends from the other local clubs. We are planning another seminar for later in the year with some more advanced striking technique and striking combinations. Seeing how everyone that participated did absolutely excellent. Great job today to everyone at the seminar! Thank you all for coming!!

Come get involved in some Tae Kwon Do, Boxing, Uechi Ryu Karate, Kick Boxing, Muai Tai Kick Boxing. Then to finish your knight off stick around and get in on some of the light contact sparing with all the different styles that will be in attendance. P.S.
