Thank you to those of you who braved the cold tonight for yoga! Bonus tidbit: when you are struggling to fall asleep; take your awareness to your feet and consciously relax them. FEEL the tingling energy in your feet. Move to your ankles. Feel the energy there. Moving up the body, legs, knees, thighs, hips...etc stopping to feel each part. I bet you won't make it your eyebrows! Namaste

The class will be all about YOU, reconnecting and relaxing; what I'm sure everyone could use a little of, this time of year. Treat youself! Bring your mat, water bottle, blanket, and a bolster if you have one. If you don't, bring 2 large towels and we'll roll them up into a bolster. Message me if you have any questions!
