The Lancet just published a huge study analyzing macronutrients (carbs, fats & proteins) effects on health and mortality. The findings? Diets high in carbohydrates are associated with an almost 25% increase in mortality. Fat intake has NO EFFECT on cardiovascular health, and saturated fat has a protective effect against strokes. Time to rethink what youve been taught and embrace whole, unprocessed foods.
