Hello everyone!!!! Let me introduce myself! My name is Aindrea and I am a Registered Holistic Nutrition & Health Coach. Below are 5 random facts to help you get to know me! 1 I was diagnosed with celiac disease in 2014 after many years of being misdiagnosed. I did the research and brought the hypothesis to my doctor for testing and diagnosis confirmation.... 2 I have a 19 year old amazing, beautiful, and incredibly intelligent daughter. Yes I know, I’m not old enough to have a grown adult child... 3 I was adopted at only a few days old and am totally lucky to have my super awesome family including my Mom, Dad, and older brother! My mom truly is my best friend and biggest supporter. (It does make things a little more difficult medical wise not knowing any family history.) 4 I was born, raised, and still reside in Kitchener, Ontario . I have a strong desire to travel and see so many different cities, countries and other cultures. My bucket list keeps growing and growing. 5 I am a huge environmental and animal advocate making sustainable choices to lower my footprint on the earth. Help the bees Plant more trees Clean the seas
