Easter Eggers are gorgeous this time of year, so glad I held some back for grow outs! The colours for next years Easter Eggers will be lovely, AND we will also be able to provide Pure Bred Black and Blue Ameracaunas! Cockerels are $15, pullets $25 with sale of cockerel

I have several Easter Egger Cockerels for sale. Too pretty to eat, hens were blue and black Ameracauna and roosters were BGLW or RIR. Asking $15, this springs hatch. Have black, blue, black/red, blue, red, some with lacing from Wyandotte. All have puffy cheeks . Great free ranging, put themselves in, friendly and pretty! Pullets available after we see how many are left.

Today I was cleaning up my garden and under all the spent peas and radishes was tons of gorgeous curly parsley. I bagged up a bit for the fridge but knew I need a parsley heavy recipe. I vaguely remembered having something delicious as a kid/teen at a friends house. So I reached out to my old high school friend and asked her about the recipe. It was very simple. And friggen heavenly-even better than I had remembered. Thank you Andrea for sharing this German recipe with me. I used up lots of parsley and my family LOVED it!
