Do you like trivia? Do you like prizes? Do you enjoy the above two things with free food? Than come to External Outreach's annual Mission Possible charity night on Thursday March 8th @ the Foundry! This is External Outreach's biggest event of the year, where you can enjoy a night of trivia, food, and games, with all proceeds going to the Windsor Downtown Mission. Tickets will only be sold at the door, for $5 each. Trivia starts at 8:00 pm sharp!

Hey all! I am arranging a lunch time volunteering shift at the Downtown Mission on Friday March 1. The time commitment is from 11:20 am until 1:00 pm. Lunch is served starting right at 11:30 pm. If you would like to come with us this day, please email your name and if you require a ride to [email protected]. We are looking for ideally 5-6 volunteers for the lunch time shift. Please email me if you are interested by at least February 18th, so I can contact the Mission to let them know how many students to expect. Volunteering at the Mission is highly rewarding and serves a need in our community!

As Windsor-Essex prepares for another onslaught of Winter weather today, we want thank you for your support in making sure people always have a place to go to s...tay warm and dry. The Downtown Mission is open 7 days a week at 664 Victoria Ave from 9 am until 9 pm for Day Programming and Meals and at 875 Ouellette Ave from 9 pm until 9 am. The Windsor Youth Centre is also open at 1247 Wyandotte St. E Monday through Saturday from 5 pm to 10 pm (will open an hour early if a Cold Weather Advisory is published). Please help get people who have no place to go to one of these locations. See more
