WCS has marked off ground and aerial space for all to train appropriately. Wear a comfy mask! While off the apparatus during floor activities all are to wear a mask. Please ensure you come with a mask that can be worn on your body while not in the air. The purple floor is back! Here we are. 7 steps up, 4 months later, in phase 3 and still smiling. We realize the last little bit has been a zig zag of a journey for all, but couldn’t be happier to keep moving forward. . . This crazy year showed all of us a couple of things. Here at the Circus School we had an amazing community experience, even from a distance. Virtual classes, outdoor rig days and this past weekends park stretch had us all feeling the love. .... . Now we want give that love back. Looking to work on your splits? Start now! 1 Kneeling Lunge. Give those hip flexors a good stretch while concentrating on active hip alignment. 2 Kneeling Hamstring Stretch. Find where the back of your leg needs some and passively stretch with some good breathe work. 3 Pigeon Pose. Assess where the hip needs mobility.
