Hubby and I are refinishing this cute dresser from the 1930's for our little one on the way . We're thinking a stained wood top and a very light grey body with distress . The original owners wrote the year they purchased, their names and where they bought it from under one of the drawers! So, we added our information and are hoping one day our son passes it down to his children #refinishedfurniture

I thought I would use my cellphone to snap a few pictures to show you all a dresser we recently refinished to use as a TV stand in our downstairs movie room. Don't mind the cables and wires we are still setting everything up! . We added wood "sofa" feet to add some height and charm to the piece. It was refinished in our signature Antique White paint, with a rustic, raw wood top and Antique Brass painted hardware . We've been busy working away on our latest project! This beautiful dresser is getting a full overhaul - new paint, wood legs, distressed details and a bleached wood top! We have been applying multiple layers of a bleaching solution to the top to essentially lighten the wood and remove any "yellow" undertones!
