Effective Monday November 23rd 2020: In an effort to stop the spread of COVID-19 and in compliance with guidelines outlined by the Province of Ontario on November 20th Woodchuck Flooring will be making the following changes to how we operate; Our hours will change to the following: M-F 7am-4pm Sat 8am-1pm.... Our contractor counter will be open to the trade, and as always our online store woodchuckdirect.com is available 24/7 for orders which can be set for curbside pick-up or delivery. Our showroom will be closed to walk in traffic. All visitors must have an appointment and observe the following criteria; Visits are limited to 2 persons of the same household. If you are experiencing flu like symptoms please do not visit us. If you are in a high risk group please do not visit us. This includes young children and the elderly. Masks must be worn while in the showroom at all times. All visitors must sign in and provide a current contact phone number. Visits to the showroom are limited to persons that have a construction project underway or for projects for which they will require materials in the next 60 days. If you are looking for materials for a project that you have not started or, is more than 60 days away we encourage you to use our online room visualizer and/or order samples directly from our suppliers. As always if you have any questions or concerns please feel free to call or email us. We take your health and the health of our staff very seriously.
