Woodlawn Regional Park Celebrates Larry Preddy! Larry was nominated and recently awarded the Saskatchewan Regional Parks Volunteer of the Year Award. Larry is the current chairperson of the Woodlawn Regional Park Authority and selflessly offers his time, knowledge & skills, leadership & mentoring, as well as being a donor for special projects. He volunteers for every single event or project within the Park. He spends countless hours on a lawn mower in peak season and is key to our winter Festival of Lights winter event. Our Park wouldn't be what it is without volunteers like our Larry. Once again congratulations to a most well deserving recipient!

In response to CO-VID19 Woodlawn Regional Park Authority will continue to monitor park season opening dates. Our primary concern is safety of ALL Park Patrons. We are currently suspending short term bookings and in communication with our seasonal campers regarding the 2020 camping season. We are taking a hopeful and positive ‘wait and see’ approach as we deal with our current situation. We can't wait until our Parks can be safely opened and available for everyone's enjoyment. Here's to anticipation of better days to come in the 2020 season!

Friendly reminder to everyone that tomorrow evening is the last opportunity to experience Festival Of Lights at the Park! We are waiting for Santa to come to Christmas in the Park down at Doug Third Hall @ Woodlawn. Come enjoy free activities from 3-6pm today! Event will end at 6pm with some amazing fireworks and we will light up the Park kicking off Festival of Lights that will run nightly until January 7, 2020.
