I found this old newspaper clip. Woo Doggy was fortunate enough to be picked by Walmart one Christmas season as most outstanding local charity. Woo Doggy teamed up with Walmart and bought presents for the children and their families at The Belleville General Hospital's pediatric wing. Jim Parkhurst (second from left) made this event even more special by helping us deliver the gifts on the Parkhurst Christmas bus. His heart was as big as anyone I have ever met...Jim is no longer with us, but his kindness will live with us forever!
