Before you know it shoveling snow will be a regular activity. It is important to take care of yourself before, during, and after this task. Take the time to warm up with a few stretches. While shoveling the snow make sure not to overload the shovel. Getting the job done faster may not always be beneficial. Bend those knees and don't put all the strain on your back. And remember, Dr. John is always here to help with the care afterwards.
