Big yard clean up, for another great client. before and After

Another fence repair for a great client, cut and reused the existing fence boards as requested

500 square foot interlock driveway all cleaned up and ready for some fresh sand, was an absolute pleasure working for these amazing clients.

Pressure washing interlock driveway today and I gotta say it feels a hell of alot better then yesterday's fence job

Small job but someone had to do it. Existing fence was done all wrong. From spike footings, to fence boards on both sides with no air gaps and fence boards were 6 inches in the ground and panels were 8ft wide. It wasn't a fence it was a wall. Customer wanted to use existing material to rebuild it, so that's what I did. Took it apart, added 2 more posts to shorten the panels to 6ft wide and cut and flipped all boards and replaced a few things that needed it. Was a challenge with the 7yr old material but shes now square, level and ya can call it a fence. Just needs a little pressure wash. Not my ideal choices but it's 100 percent better. Client will also be taking out the gravel and grading the yard as it needs some levelling.

Can't wait to start the 2nd story deck and BC FUR post and beam on this bad boy.

Little patch work on some waterfront condos that needed there water pipes changed. 20+ holes in each unit. Plugged, patched and painted like they were never there. 2 condos down one to go.
