March 2020 Re: Notice for WSH Labs’ Business Operation During the COVID-19 Pandemic To our clients and visitors,... These are extraordinary times we are currently living in, and we hope to continue to serve you for all your analytical laboratory requirements. We kindly ask that our clients and visitors read the following: (1) If you have recently come back from an out-of-country trip, or you are not feeling well, please do not come to our location, and self-quarantine yourself for a minimum of 14 days. (2) All high-touched areas will be regularly sanitized. We ask that all clients and visitors that arrive at our office to remain in the hallway. Please do not wander around our office looking for assistance. Upon entry, please ring the doorbell buzzer on the wall to your right. Someone from our team will happily assist you. (3) We ask that our clients and visitors follow physical distancing of 2 meters. If we require payment, please note our payment terminal supports 'tap'. (4) Currently, we are able to perform all analytical analyses and determinations. However, like every other business, we are only able to operate if our suppliers are also operating. In the event of a product shortage, we may not be able to perform all analytical tests. (5) We are adhering to the mandates set by all levels of government. If any level of government mandates that all businesses are to cease operations, we are obligated to comply with that request.
