Dear Valued Clients: We are so pleased to be back in the office and are happy to see you. Some things have changed since we saw you last. There has been a lot of consideration and effort spent to improve our facility making it as safe as possible for everyone. We hope these improvements ease any concerns you may have as you resume your dental care. We have enhanced our heating and cooling system with added filtration and brought in medical grade air purifiers. A glass barr...ier has been added to the front reception counter. For everyone’s personal protection, staff and patients undergo health screening and temperature recording each time they enter the building. You will notice that our staff will be wearing added personal protective equipment which may include gowns, face shields and N95 masks. If you have any concerns regarding your next visit, please do not hesitate to call us. Wyandotte Dental Centre Covid-19 Protocols. During these unprecedented times we are asking for the cooperation of all our patients. Please review and abide by the following guidelines and protocols. Arrive for appointments 10-15 minutes early and call when you arrive. If you do not have a cell phone, please call when you leave home. Please always wear a mask while inside the office and not receiving treatment. Payments are being received by Visa, Debit, and Mastercard only at this time. No cash or cheques please. Please use hand sanitizers upon entry and exit of the office. Please review these Covid-19 screening questions before EACH visit and call the office if you answer yes to any. 1. Have you travelled outside of Canada in the last 14 days? 2. Have you tested positive for Covid-19, or had close contact with a confirmed case of Covid-19 (without wearing appropriate PPE)? 3. Do you have any of these symptoms: a) Fever b) New onset of cough c) Worsening chronic cough d) Shortness of breath e) Difficulty breathing f) Sore throat g) Difficulty swallowing h) Decrease or loss of sense of taste or smell i) Chills j) Unexplained fatigue/malaise/muscle aches (myalgias) k) Nausea/vomiting, diarrhea, abdominal pain l) Pink eye (conjunctivitis) m) Runny nose or nasal congestion without other known cause 4. If you are 70+ years of age: a) Delirium b) Unexplained or increased number of falls c) Acute functional decline d) Worsening of chronic conditions

Congratulations and thank you to all who participated. Our combined fundraising efforts were a huge success. Patients, Doctors and staff combined contributions totalled $706.00!
