Anchored in Genoa Bay. It was very calm, maybe only 2 to 3 kn of wind out in the open, just dropped anchor for the second time here as the wind probably gusted up to 10 kts that is after we anchored

We have a customer here that would like to make a quick sale on a 1939 Taylorcraft , 30‘6 in length with a 10 foot beam. Boathouse kept in Canoe Cove Marina, Sydney BC , she is in excellent condition constructed of mahogany Carvel planking over steam bent white oak frames. She has a new beta Marine engine with one hour on the clock.... There is a current 2018 survey indicating that she is an excellent overall condition. The CS 33 Masthead Sloop-- The CS 33 was designed by Ray Wall while he was working as the CS Yachts in-house designer and was modelled after the CS 36 (not to be confused with the CS 36 Merlin). What we really liked was the fact that we could sail upwind in comfort as well as other points of sail with a sea-kindly motion. The 33 is 10,000 LBS but with the fin and skeg-rudder allowing quick tacking and maneuvering in marinas.... CS Yachts Ltd. enjoyed great success with the CS 36 since its release in 1979, but it was a bit pricey for the market in 1981. The CS 33 can give you the light air performance and quick start-up that you need for lake sailing - unlike most offshore boats, the CS 33 is not a heavy-displacement, full-keel. The 33 was produced up to 1987 and 450 were built.

Experiencing the Islands off the British Columbia Coast can ring true to all the senses. The "Fast Passage 39 designed by William Garden (Bill) About 40 were built between 1976 and 1985, most by Philbrooks (36 hulls, decks and/or complete packages)-- It was possible to purchase the 39 in kit form, hull and deck supplied by Philbrooks, or as a complete yacht commissioned by the shipyard. Shipyard-completed boats were done to a very high standard (typical of Philbrooks) and some of the owner-finished boats were done well also. However, a wide variety of rigs, engi...nes, equipment, tankage and interior appointments will be found among the 39s still sailing, so careful inspection is important.
